  • Guests will learn the art of tasting luxury chocolate and discover that just like wine, the variety of cocoa tree, terroir and processing/manufacturing techniques can produce chocolate with unique and diverse characteristics. Learn how chocolate is made from cocoa bean to bar. Enjoy the journey through the cacao growing region as we taste and learn about chocolate made from cacao beans grown in Peru, Venezuela, Madagascar, Vietnam, Australia and more.
